I want to follow up on something I shared earlier this week. Because here’s the other side of that list.. and this part matters. Some of those people did move. Not all at once. Not perfectly. Not without fear. But they changed something fundamental: The conversations they were having… and who they were having them with. And no, their lives didn’t suddenly become easy. They have new problems now. More responsibility. More visibility. More decisions. But they’re problems the old version of them...
